Timings and Current Situation
In March 2007, a planning application was submitted for the entire site. The application was detailed in nature. We expect determination of the planning application by September 2007.
Our selection process will follow six sequential stages. These are:
- Applicant registration and information retrieval
- Submission of Proposals
- Operator presentations and interviews
- Sensitivity testing
- Operator exclusivity
- Heads of Terms
Submissions must be received by noon, 5 September 2007.
