In April 2007, our client submitted a planning application for the development of a 200 bedroom hotel and a 200 all-suite apart hotel development. Planning permission is expected by the end of 2007.
The site comprises 4.56 acres (1.86 hectares) and is located on the corner of the Great West Road and Ealing Road. It occupies an entire block like its existing structure, the new developments will provide prominence and profile to passing vehicular traffic on the elevated section of the A4.
The hotel's structure will immediately front the site, together with the commercial content. To the rear, private and affordable accommodation will be sited amongst sculptured green central squares.
